Robby currently is the Nationally Board Certified Social Studies teacher at Fort Hill High School in Cumberland, MD. Additionally, he serves as an EMS and Instructor Trainer for the University of Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute. 

Robby has over 8 years teaching experience in public, private, and public charter schools as a National Board Certified Teacher and AP certified teacher in secondary social studies. In addition, Robby has written curriculum and worked in various content supervisory positions. He currently teaches, AP United States History, AP United States Government & Politics, US History II and Historical Research Methods I/II. 

He currently serves as a volunteer Paramedic with LaVale Volunteer Rescue Squad. 


Robby holds a certificate in Paramedicine from Hagerstown Community College, Bachelors of Science degree in Social Science Secondary Education from Frostburg State University and a Masters of Science degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Drexel University.

He is a lifetime Boy Scout and Eagle Scout and Paramedic. Among other things, he has experience working in the government working as an intern for Governor Ehrlich of Maryland, paging in the Maryland General Assembly, and interning at the White House.
